As we receive your complaints, we assign an issue contact, review your report, and solve the problem through the email as soon as possible. In case we are unable to solve your problem, we write an electronic acknowledgement on your issue and direct you to the right person.

In less than four months upon receiving your complaint, we will manage to go through your complaint and negotiate it with you before sending our full final response. You can appeal our decision through an email in case you are not satisfied with the response we send. It is advisable to include your objections to our previous decision as you state new proposal to be considered.

In case you are not satisfied, we include in our letter an ultimate solution to Financial Ombudsman Service. You can ask for an independent review from Financial Ombudsman Service in case our final response is not also satisfactory to you.

We normally give at most 24 weeks upon the date we send our letter of Final Response to complain for an independent review to the Financial Ombudsman service. Furthermore, in case you feel like going on with this course of action, we will enclose a link to the leaflet that will aid you to do so.
